A plain-language overview of how Backgammon for iMessage handles your information.
Game data
Backgammon stores the information needed to continue your match—such as board position, rolls, settings, and unsent moves—on your device and in the iMessage game message shared between players.
No Backgammon account
You do not create a separate Backgammon account. Messages delivery and participant identity are handled by Apple’s Messages services under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.
Purchases
Optional board purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Photos
If a future feature asks you to choose a photo, access is requested only when you use that feature. Your photo library is not scanned in the background.
